Bedrooms consist of 2 double bedrooms with queen beds, and en-suite bathrooms (with mezzanine level with pull-out beds for two children), 1 double bedroom with king size bed, shared bathroom with 1 double bedroom with twin beds.

All bedrooms and the tv room have air-conditioning.

Outside there is a heated pool with cover, covered terraces with lounge furniture and large dining room table to seat 12 persons, manicured lawns, jetty to river bank.

Maid service 3 times a week.

No pets. Well-behaved children welcome (travel cot and high chair available).

Please note the garage and master bedroom are not available as these are reserved for the owners.



The local wine estates produce some of South Africa's finest wines and Franschhoek has several of the best restaurants in South Africa. Franschhoek is within easy reach of Cape Town (Airport 45 minutes) and lovely beaches along the coast.


Outdoor activities include walking, horse-riding, mountain-biking, and fly-fishing for trout in the local dams.
